Tender For auction sale of others - total qty.= 14 nos., description - scrap and unserviceable masonry structure of abandoned railway quarters at bilaspur-block nos.: 1465/1-2, 1467/1-2, 1469/1-2, 1491/1-2, 1112/1-2 & 935(11 units, type-iv), 1340(01 unit, type-v) and 1324/1-2(02 unit, type-ii) at officer's colony and near narmada orh, bsp with total plinth area of 1243.17 sq. meters.remarks:- (1) dismantling of the above quarters will be done by the purchaser at his own cost and risk and without causing any loss to any railway property. dismantling to be done below plinth level i.e. up to ground level before taking final delivery. while dismantling explosive should not be used. all the debris, unserviceable materials to be cleared from site to outside railway land by the purchaser. (2) any loss due to theft, accident etc shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway. (3) any hidden material like rails, beam etc found during dismantling has to be returned back to stock holder/custodian. (4) all quarters boundary & fencing alongwith roadside chainlink fencing , tiebars and gi sheet with gate and pvc water tank, gi water pipe shhould not be offered for auction. (5)front fencing iron gate of all quarters should be handed over to custodian by purchaser before effecting the delivery. (6) dismantling of foundation brick works should be done by the purchaser up to ground level and debris should also be removed. (7) rail post and purlins are offered for auction. (8) materials(i.e. cut-rails, channel & tiebar etc.) kept /stacked in compound wall quarter nos. 1112/1 & 1465/1-2 are not included in above lot & also not offered for auction.special remarks - 1) due to complexity of lots, free delivery period against this lot will be 80 days as per railway board letter no. 2015/rs(s)/709/5 dt. 29/01/2016 under chapter no.-7.4. 2) material to be sold on as is where is basis & quarters will be delivered in nos.
