(cost of the legal antivirus/other software to be borne by the distributor), installation of all necessary software for cdcms (software provided by hpcl i.e., dot net framework 4.5), ms office, acrobat reader either directly or with the help of image cd/pen drive provided. any other type of software as and when required. 2. configuring and activating broadband internet connection (cost of internet charges/ connectivity charges are not part of the scope) at dealer's premises and rectifying any problems in the same. 3. configuring the distributor lan and configuring other pcs of distributor with cdcms server. (cost of providing lannetworking to be borne by the distributor). 4. installing the teamviewer/anydesk , so that it will be started automatically at the time of windows start up. 5. deleting unauthorized software from the distributor's pcs and configuring printers with all pcs. 6. visit to any distributorship will be strictly as per the advice from hpcl only. 7. daily complaints resolution in customer relations management (crm) portal. 8. any other relevant job as per the direction of regional office / sales officer. 3) troubleshooting (remote support) 1. analyzing and rectifying the problem reported by distributor, and logging in a ticket on the cdcms helpdesk as & when required. formatting and reinstalling latest version of cdcms print application as per requirement . 2. providing immediate feedback to hpcl regarding the modifications/upgrades needed in the software and reporting any bugs noticed. 4) daily/periodic operations jobs (remote support) 1. crm, arb, pos, pmuy, cashless transactions related daily job from their base station as per the directives of regional office/ sales officers. 2. attending the training program as and when organized by hpcl and learn about the operational, technical features of cdcms package, acquiring knowledge about the new updates/modules as released by hpcl from time to time. 3. providing support to distributors through phone/ mobile/ internet/e-mail/wa on 7 days of a week. 4. ensuring that the weekly report is submitted regularly. if it has not been submitted then identifying the problem and provide resolution accordingly. monitoring and resolving the discrepancy observed in weekly report and bringing it to the notice of the concerned sales officer. 5. l-p reconciliation in weekly report of all distributors 6. any other job as directed by regional office/ sales officers. 5) training to distributor staff to provide support and training to distributors showroom staff on following: a) regarding all the menu commands of cdcms (scope of the job does not cover data entry jobs). b) preparation of sv /tv /ctain/ctaout/ invoice/ crd/ prcn emr/ esv/prepaid refill tracking & cash memo generation, cashless transactions and other e-initiatives of the corporation. c) weekly report reconciliations. d) block transfers e) refill booking register, complaint register, emr record. f) generating weekly report & submitting the same online. g) new modules/updates as released by hpcl h) do & don'ts i) online leakage c
