Tender For maintenance of electrical installation in non residential building at chandigarh (replacement of defective electrical accessories and led fittings in mental health institute, sector-32, chandigarh). - dsr item no. 1.17 supplying and drawing following sizes of frls/hffr pvc insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ pvc conduit as required., 3 x 1.5 sq. mm, 3 x 2.5 sq. mm, 3 x 4 sq. mm, dsr item no. 1.21 supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class pvc conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required., 25 mm, dsr item no. 1.24 supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required., 5/6 amps switch, 15/16 a switch, 3 pin 5/6 a socket outlet, 6 pin 15/16 a socket outlet, dsr item no. 1.25 supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required., dsr item no. 8.7 led panel light 2x2 ft.(system lumen efficacy 120 135 lm/watt) (recess/ surface type) (please refer dnit for complete specification of item no.5), 36 watt, dsr item no. 8.1 led down lighter (smd type) (system lumen efficacy 105 120 lm/watt ) (please refer dnit for complete specification of item no.6), 12 -15 watt, s/e of 18watt./20watt. 4 long led tube rod made of polycarbonate material should be installed in existing led fitting base only. the make of led tube rod should be same of existing led fitting i.e. philips/ wipro/bajaj/crompton/ havells/lighting technologies/ trilux/ panasonic/ surya/jaquar make only. the job includes the cost of testing and commissioning of led tube rod, other petty material and labour etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.(please refer dnit for complete specification of item no.7), supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the following accessories after dismantling the burnt out/ defective accessories with the help of ladder if required which shall be arranged by the firm at his own cost. the job includes cost of making connections with suitable rating copper wire and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge., s/e of electronic driver suitable for existing 2 x2 /1 x4 led panel type fitting. the driver should be same make of existing fitting i.e. philips/ bajaj/ wipro/ crompton/ surya/ jaquar/ panasonic/ havells/ lighting technologies/ trilux only.
