Tender For supply of various ornammental items at designer kitchen of rajbhawan jaipur - supply of heritage look cast iron vertical column to support the shade structure. the complete column must be in cast iron with internal steel pipe of od76mm in 4mm thickness going through for strength. the pillar consists of bottom base of height 1170mm having base plate diameter 360mm with a spiral part of height 470mm and crown shape model on top of height 250mm. making overall height 2450mm. overall weight not less than 140 kgs. all the parts are grinded, primered and designed as per approved sample by engineer incharge, supply of ornamental cast iron spandrel (l-bracket) having length 460mm & height 400mm suitable to the coloumn pillars. all the parts are grinded, primered. all the designs & sample will be approved by engineer-in-charge, supply of the frieze (top panel) having the dimensions 320mmx210mm is mounted on steel pipe frame of size 40mmx25mm and all welding joints and gaps grinded and filled properly for smooth surface finish. all the parts are grinded, primered and approved by engineer in charge (length 7.50 feet = 1 frieze.., supply of floral design ms sheets in 3mm thickness. the design is cut out on fiber laser cutting machine using laser beam. the sheet is then properly grinded to give smooth surface finish. 6mm holes along with countering must be provided at every 2ft gapin the sheet for installation purpose., 81.5 x 5 , 81.5 x 4.5 , 80 x 5 , 96 x 5 , 95 x 5 , supply of traditional clay oven made of natural clay mixed with sand, hay and cow dung with smooth exterior in barrel or roundedcylinder shape. size 31" height & 25 " dia., supply of fire brick stone of size 600mmx300mm x75mm used for furnace lining, cement & lime kilns etc. it should have heal resistance > 1300 c & weight 25 kg to40 kg., supply of single groove roofing tile of clay material kelu of size 15"x9" thickness 15- 18mm & weight per kelu approx 2100 kg, colour red/brown/orange as per required by raj bhawan authority & approval by engineercharge, supply of land scaping colourfull natureal stone different colout red blue black white. as per requirement of site 5 to 15 mm in roudn oval shape and whitout sythetic coating
