Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - condemned icf ac coach no. er-042129, type- wgaccn. qty.- 1 no. list of excluded items (mechanical): (i) wheel set with axle and roller bearing and axle boxes with axle box cover- 04 nos, (ii) bogie- 02 nos, (iii) all sorts of helical spring, (iv) distributor valve- 01 no, (v) common pipe bracket- 01 no, (vi) control reservoir- 01 no, (vii) brake cylinder (bmbc)- 04 nos, (viii) buffer plunger- 04 nos, (ix) wearing piece (bronze)- 04 nos, (x) lavatory overhead water tank- 04 nos, (xi) rmpu unit along with all related items. electrical excluded items are deleted vide letter under dy.cee(w)/llh's letter no- tl/cond/coach/48/vol-ii, dated 12/02/2024, hence the coach will be disposed through auction sale with all electrical items. saleable weight included with the following non-ferrous items & non-metallic items of the coach. saleable weight included non-ferrous items are: (i) pb- 3080 kg of 01 set battery, (ii) al- 20 kg & cu- 5 kg of 2 nos rru (25kw), (iii) cu- 50 kg of 2 nos alternators (25kw), (iv) cu-79 kg of pre-cooling transformer cum rectifier unit (1 no) & these weight particulars of non-ferrous items are given as per dy.cee(w)/llh's letter no mentioned above. (v) al-42.88 kg of both side doorway floor of coach. hence total non-ferrous items of the coach are: (i) pb= 3080 kg, (ii) al= (20 kg+42.88 kg)= 62.88 kg, (iii) cu= (5 kg+50 kg+79 kg)= 134 kg [total-3.276 mt (approx.)]. saleable weight also included weight of non-metallic items [total weight- 3.5 mt (approx.)]. non-metallic items like lp/sunmica sheet, porcelain basins, compreg sheets, limpet sheet, different types of glasses, including berth coir & rexines etc. the above mentioned condemned coach is for auction sale without excluded fittings (mechanical) maintaining terms and condition for cutting and dismantling of coach mentioned vide crse/er/kkk's letter no mc/300/pt.xx dated 16.02.24 & 04.11.2025. all the excluded items available in the above coach are to be returned to the custodian by the purchaser during return over programme as per extant rule.
