(vi) pillow cover cotton- 24715 nos- 1.97 mt. (vii) pillow 1st ac- 68 nos- 0.04 mt. (viii) pillow cover polyvastra- 1434 nos- 0.16 mt. (ix) blanket cover- 72 nos- 0.06 mt. (x) bath towel- 271 nos- 0.09 mt. (2) location: linen store first floor platform 01 ypr station. (3) segregation is not permitted. (4) if any extraneous material found in the lot, the same should be handed over to the custodian at the time of delivery. (5) delivery on actual weighment basis only (6) the purchasers should read published depot conditions and survey the material for road approach, location and qty before bidding to the lot. after bidding no correspondence will be entertained. (7) neighbouring undeclared and nfs items shall not be disturbed. (8) humidity or moisture factor not to be considered during lot delivery. (9) bidders are allowed to pay balance sale value(bsv) in instalments as applicable under uniform e- sale conditions and depot conditions i.e 1 instalment for lots upto 5 lakhs and 2 instalments incase of lots exceeding rs. 5 lakhs and upto rs. 15 lakhs and 3 instalments incase of lots exceeding rs. 15 lakhs. but delivery order will be issued only after realization of payment of final instalment. (10) as per our depot condition para 18 delivery will given first come first serve basis. (11) weighment facility available at a distance of 3 km from the site. (12) road approach is available (material lying in first floor lead of 100 mtrs). (13) bedsheets and blankets are cut into 2 or more equal pieces, rest of the linens are stencilled as condemned. (2) all materials should be lifted with road level in sweeping condition. (3) delivery will be made on actual measurement. (4) ferrous & non-ferrous items will be returned by purchaser to stockholder during delivery, if any found in the lot. (5) hazard waste item i.e. paint peeling, paint-dust will not be delivered. (6) if any another material found except description of material will be not delivered and returned to stock holder. (7) sorting/segregation of material is not allowed.
