Tender For supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 no. chillers with cooling tower in central ac plant of main hospital at skims soura - sitc of vfd based, ahri/ eurovent certified, water-cooled, mono/ twin screw type chiller of capacity not less than 100 tr with allied items. the item shall be complete and ready to be connected with main headers in the existing central air conditioning plant of skims soura. the chiller shall be accompanied with microprocessor based control panel with all safety, switch gears needed for safe, smooth and hassle-free operation. the job includes laying of foundation as per oem recommendation which shall be not less than 6 inches above the finished floor level. the technical specifications are further detailed in annexure b., sitc electric-motor driven centrifugal pump for condenser and chiller sides having a discharge of 15 to 18 litres per second, head of 30 metres, 1450 rpm. the technical specifications are furhter detailled in annexure b., insulated chilled water piping (nitrile rubber insulation)supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 kg/ cum density, thermal conductivity 0.037 w/mk or better at 20 deg mean temperature class o insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.note: the pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be m.s. c class as per is: 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per is: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick m.s. sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia., 300 mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 250 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 150 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 125mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 100 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 80 mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 65 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), sitc of butterfly valves with di body double flanged construction with epdm coated disc with long pitch and pn 16 pressure rating as per is 13095 (1991), 250 mm , 150 mm , 125 mm , 100 mm , 80 mm , 65 mm , providing and fixing of aluminum cladding of 0.63 mm thick sheet to the insulated pipelines including bends, valves, fittings, etc. the job includes grooving, providing and fixing of screws, washers etc. as per is : 2676 - 1981, 300 mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 250 mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 150 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 125mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 100 mm (32mm nitrile insulation thickness), 80 mm (32mm nitrile insulationthickness), 65 mm (32mmnitrile insulation thickness), sitc of ductile iron non-return valve of following size with allied jobs as per site requirement. the valve shall be conforming to is-5312. pressure rating : pn16, 150 mm , 125 mm , 100 mm , sitc of y-strainer (ci) flanged end, of following size with allied jobs as per site requirement. pressure rating : pn16, 150 mm , 125 mm , 100 mm , 80 mm , sitc of balancing valve (ductile iron) of following size with allied jobs as per site requirement. pressure rating : pn16, 150 mm , 125 mm , sitc of t-strainer (c.i.) of following size with allied jobs as per site requirement. pressure rating : pn16, 250mm , sitc of fully stainless steel pressure gauge (bourdon beryllium copper, socket ss316l, case and bazel ss304), rugged construction with epdm blowback, safety glass. 0-40 kg/cm , dual display bar/psi or selectable, sitc in position the bi-metal dial thermometer temperature guage 4 dail size bsp (m) connection, ss case and ss wetted parts completer as required, sitc of air release valve of following size. air release valves shall be provided at all higher points in piping system for venting., 25 mm dia , sitc
