(1) complete loco will be sold on as is where is basis. buyer should inspect the loco before bidding. (2) hsd oil, lube oil & other oil etc if found either to be returned to railways or an amount equivalent to the cost as advised by sr. dme/d/dls/vskp to be remitted to the railways.
