Tender For auction sale of others - scrap ferrous released of condemned, u/s, abandoned tea stalls a) one tea stall on pf no. 4/5 at bdts , b) one tea stall at pf no. 6/7 at bdts, c) one tea stall at vlp pf no. 4/5 total units 03 , under jurisdiction of ccmi/adh , the lot comprises of steel pillars (04 nos), steel angles (04 nos), steel counters (07 nos.), iron pillars (08 nos), iron angles (32 nos), iron shutters (03 nos), iron frames (03 nos), iron pipes (03 nos), i.e. total appx disposable weight of ferrous scrap = 907.76 kgs. , custodian: ccmi adh , mode of delivery by lot basis, loading by purchaser, to be sale on as and where is basis, note: 1] site visit � bidders must inspect the sites/tea stalls and approachable road before bidding. custodian is requested to arrange for entrance and approachable road up-to the site , no claims will be entertained from bidder side in later stage/after sold, 2] dismantling & debris clearance � purchaser will dismantle entire tea stall mentioned above manually or with machinery at their own cost and also have to remove all debris /sold material at their own cost, delivery of sold material will be given after clearing the debris from railway premises by purchaser , 3] the items and material lying outside the stalls are not a part of a auction , 4] electricals/nfs not mentioned in discription are to custodian � all internal electrical items (wires, panels, etc.) , nf items and any other material other than above mentioned lying inside the stalls shall be handed over to custodian by purchaser, 5]no damage to surroundings � adjacent buildings, station premises and other nearby stalls, sitting benches , tracks, platforms, bridges , sheds, common walls and common assets must not be damaged /disturbed/obstruct; any damage must be rectified by the purchaser of their own cost. 6] above plinth/ground level /rail level only � only the structure above station floor level is auctioned; no excavation or digging bellow it is allowed. .7] mandatory safety measures � safety nets, scaffolding, and other protective measures must be taken by the purchaser.8] barricading required � the purchaser must barricade the site to prevent accidents and unauthorized access. 9] accident responsibility ensure safety of railway tracks, coaches, property, and personnel during dismantling. onsibility � any accidents or incidents are solely the purchaser�s responsibility; railway is not liable. 10] during dismantling work safety of running tracks, railway station, bridges and other railway property , railway staff as well has his own labour should be ensured by purchaser and dismantling work shall be carried out with full safety measures of ,11] railway supervision � by ccmi adh and concerned sse pw , 12] non-auction items � other departmental materials not mentioned in auction description must not be taken by purchaser , the custodian will clear them before handover. also this is responsibility of custodian to give site cleared of stacked material /electrical connections /meter etc. 13] fdp limit � free delivery period is 50 days no extension without written approval by competent authority will be awarded.
