Tender For a) scope of work covers supply, installation and commissioning of total 12 nos.of 3d radar level transmitters for the coal level measurement in raw coal bunkers of rtps-unit-5&6 with required pcs, electronic modules, splitters, modems, junction boxes, mounting kit, enclosures, interconnecting cables, software and all other accessories required to make the system complete and fully functional, shall be provided for continuous level measurement and monitoring of level of each coal bunker and also to ensure satisfactory performance of the system commissioned at rtps site which shall be on the basis of single point responsibility, completely covering the activities and services in respect of all the equipment works specified and covered under the specifications. the work involves i) installation and commissioning of 12 nos. 3d radar level type level transmitters with suitable mounting accessories, display indicators, isolators, annunciator, smps, terminals, panel internal wiring, led bulbs, door switch etc. at the bunker level ii)commissioning of rs 485 communication /other cables from bunker level transmitters to the desktop pc at u-5&6 control rooms.iii)commissioning of desktop pcs for 3d multi vision for monitoring of all the 12 bunkers level at u-5&6 control room respectively and also both units bunker levels at pc being installed at chp control room. iv)loading of all the required licenced software to the desktop pc for 3d radar level transmitter and cable routing, glanding, mounting of cable tray, termination and ferruling is in the contractors scope.cable trays will be provided by m/s.kpcl.b)all fabrication works required for installation and commissioning of instruments with jbs,protective cover/canopies and allied works are in contractor/agency scope itself.c) all civil works like drilling/cutting rcc floors,grouting,refilling floors,conduiting under ground cables cable tray mounting, masonary works are in contractor/agency scope itself.d)storage of materials while executing works is single point responsibility of contractor/agency scope itself. e)software details-1. the page containing all bunker level data shall be in full page which must be visible from at least a distance of 6-8mtr .(font size should be more) and shall have a historical trend storage for minimum 45days & real time trend with not less than15min sampling time. f) at chp control room, the existing kpcl pc shall be enabled with bunker level software & shall be communicated through existing lan and as a redundancy the seperate optical fiber cable communication with media convertor has to be provided.the lan cables has to be protected with cable conduit g)materials supply shall be completed in all respect within the stipulated period as per the contract. materials shall be delivered to rtps site through ee(stores)o&m. unloading of materials at rtps site location and shifting of the same to work location is under the contractor/agency scope only. h)handling, shifting, unpacking and erection and commissioning of the entire system shall be under the scope of bidder itself. i)all required consumables, hardware and licenced software, accessories and any other materials which are not included in the scope and required for successful installation and commissioning of the 3d radar level transmitters for the coal level measurement in raw coal bunkers of rtps-unit-5&6 are under the contractor/agency itself. j)all the materials required for the installation and commissioning of 3d radar level transmitters for the coal level measurement in raw coal bunkers of rtps-unit- 5&6 shall be made as detailed under the technical specifications. k)interfacing of all the bunker level transmitters outputs to the desktop pcs at u-5&6 control rooms through rs - 485 communication protocol.(the required 1 pair x 1 sq.mm shielded armoured cables as per requirements shall be supplied approx-500 meters or if more). for more details of scope of work refe
