Tender For providing of custom bid for services - various repair jobs of emd - overhauling/dismantling of the existing w ater drainer by isolating the drainer by putting blank plate after isolation valve. purging/removal of trapped gas from the seal pot/pipe line by injecting st eam/nit rogen. revisioning of all parts & cleaning of pot. if required, the complete seal pot w ith pipe line has to be new ly fabricated & erected as per the instruction of o.a. or as per draw ing. after erection, testing of pot by injecting st eam/nit rogen and de-isolation/commissioning. the condensate pipe from w ater drainers has to be laid to the nearest storm w ater manhole or as directed by o.a.s representative. painting of w ater drainer and pipes to be done after the erection job , "technical cleaning of gas pipeline water drainers. the w ork involves closing/blanking of valves, st eam purging of pipe/drain pot and opening of f langes of seal pot and removal of muck/deposit from pots, revisioning of gas inspection valve,w ater filling valves,condensate valves. fixing of new packing and tightening of f langes. filling of w ater in the seal pot and de-blanking of w ater drainer/opening of valves. checking for any leakages and rectification of the same " , the job involves cutting/dismantling of corroded structures like column, platforms, w alkw ays, staircases etc. at height. before cutting of any structure, the nearby pipe lines or any other equipment to be supported f irst. the dismantled structures should not be throw n from height. all the dismantled structure to be kept at one place as directed by o.a.s representative for disposal by bsp , the job involves fabrication of st eel structures like column, platforms, w alkw ays, staircases etc. by type 1 electrode, as per approved draw ing / specification or as directed by oa/oa¿s representative complete in all respect including painting. fabricated structures w ill have to be erected by the contractor at height as per the direction of operating authority , the job involves w elding of tack w elded pipes, gland compensators, disc compensators, flanges, st eel structures, gas pipeline equipment, plates, pipes, structures w ith type 1 w elding electrodes , dismantling of gas pipe line or any other pipe line by cutting, including handling and stacking, cutting into pieces and sections as directed by oa/oa¿s representative & stacking at designated location. before cutting the nearby pipe lines/platforms/equipment to be supported. all dismantled structural items to be kept at a particular place, as show n by o.a.s representative for disposal by bsp , job involves erection of fabricated/available pipes at locations show n by o.a./o. a' s representative, including dia. 100mm at heights. erection job involves, lifting of standard length of pipes supplied by bsp free of cost, w elding w ith the existing pipes/valve f langes and testing of pipe w ith st eam/nit rogen and defect rectification w ith type i electrode. any accessories like bleeder pipe, drainer pipe, purging nipples, valves,compensators, saddle supports etc. also to be erected, as directed by o.a , fabricated/available pipes at locations show n by o.a./o.a. s representative, above dia. 100mm and up to dia. 200mm at heights. erection job involves, lifting of standard length of pipes supplied by bsp free of cost, w elding w ith the existing pipes/valve f langes and testing of pipe w ith st eam/nit rogen and defect rectification w ith type i electrode. , fabricated/available pipes at locations show n by o.a./o.a. s representative, above dia. 200mm and up to dia. 500mm at heights. erection job involves, lifting of standard length of pipes supplied by bsp free of cost, w elding w ith the existing pipes/valve f langes and testing of pipe w ith st eam/nit rogen and defect rectification w ith type i electrode. any accessories like bleeder pipe, drainer pipe, purging nipples, valves, compensators, saddle supports etc.also to be erected, as directed
