Tender For corrigendum : preparation, supply and fabrication at site of furnitures items for hostels, mess building and other physical facilitys works at jitnagar ta. rajpipla. dist. narmada package-1 - single bed- providing and placing in position single bed with an overall size - 2050mm (l) x 800mm (w) x 835mm (h) without mattress. the construction of the bed shall be supplied in knock down with metal frame made out of crca steel pipe having cross-section area 50mm x 25mm with 1.2 thick. 3 nos. of horizontal crca pipe shall be provide on head board 25x25x1.2mm. the mattress panel shall be made of 12mm thick waterproof plywood with main frame and mounted on crca square pipe strips having cross-section area 25mm x 25mm with 1 mm thick and 6 nos. equally placed at shorter side. the legs shall be made of m.s.e.r.w pipe having cross-section area 50mm x 25mm with 1.2 mm thick. all metal part shall be powder coating finish with dft(dry film thickness) - 35 min. the ppcp shoes shall be insert into bottom of legs for avoid skretches on the floors., study table - supplying and placing executive table in knock down condition with an overall size 1500mm x 750mm x 750mm that is to be assembled at site. the worktop shall be made up of 18mm thick waterproof plywoodwith both side laminate finish. the table top profile shall be in rectangle shape and the edges shall be sealed with 6 to 10 mm thick moulded teak wood beading patti with melamine polish that is cut to fit the size of board panel and to make 2 to 3 mm groove between board and bidding patti. the top shall be supported on crca rectangle pipe frame having cross-section area 40mm x 20mm with 1.6mm thick. the table understructure shall be made with 40mm x 20mm x1.6mm thick crca pipe. 1 nos. footstep shall be provided between both side leg with the same size i.e 40mm x 20mm x1.6mm thick crca pipe, study chair- supplying and placing visitor chair. the seat and back shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed waterproof plywood padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 40kg/m in seat 40mm thick having density 32kg/m in back. the same shall be upholstered with fabric tapestry 1mm thick and 350 gsm. the frame structure shall be fixed cantilever supported type made up of crca chrome plated round pipe of dia. 15mm with 1.6mm thick. arm rest shall be made of double crca chrome plated round pipe of dia. 15mm with 1.6mm thick. there shall be ppcp shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. the seat size shall be 450 10 mm(d) x 450 10 mm(w) and back size shall be 450 10 mm(w) x 400 10 mm(h) from seat. overall height shall be 820 10 mm, overall depth 530 10 mm., wardrobe - double unit- single shuttered double unit - providing, supplying and placing steel personal locker. the overall size of the almirah shall be 900mm (w) x 500mm (d) x 1870mm (h). the cabinet shall be supplied with 2 nos. of separate doors, 4 nos. of adjustable shelf on each side. the doors shall be operated with aesthetically appealing snap fit powder coated metal handle and concealed crank hinge. the shelves shall have folded constructions which have intrinsic rigidity and high load carrying capacity. uniformly distributed load capacity of each shelf shall be 40 kg maximum. each rack shall be provided with stiffener at bottom for strength. the entire body panel, shelf and door shall be made of high yield strength 1.2mm thick crca sheet of grade d confirming to is 513. to protect the ball from kicks, abrasion and serve as a decorative moulding skirting shall be provided at the bottom of the almirah. the complete steel structure shall be constructed by welding and provide finishing with epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness 40-50 thick., wardrobe - single unit- single shuttered single unit - providing, supplying and placing steel personal locker. the overall size of the almirah shall be 450mm (w) x 500mm (d) x 1870mm (h). storage shall have 4 nos. of adjustable shelf. the doors shall be opera
