Tender For purchase of various testing major apparatus (lab equipment) in quality control labs under zone ajmer, bikaner,udaipur-i and udaipur-ii - fully automatic servo controlled compression testing machine (ctm)-3000 kn capacity with additional load frame of 500 kn capacity & flexure frame of 100 kn capacity:- supplying, fixing and commissioning of fully automatic servo controlled compression testing machine (ctm) of 3000 kn capacity which should be capable of conducting compression test on concrete & mortar specimens and allied products as per is : 516 & is :4031 (part-6). the machine should be power operated with servo controlled motor capable to apply the load continuous by without shock and there shall be large enough space provided for test specimen to accommodate in a readable position. machine shall have good load control and capable of applying the load at the specified rate, uniformly with automatic control with percentage of error for load shall not exceed + 1.0% of the indicated load. the system shall have an arrangement for automatic placing system, which achieved by the combination of advance hydraulic and electronic system. the systems can be loaded in load, displacement or strain control basis. complete machine unit shall conform to is: 14858-2000 and is: 9399-1979 and as per direction of engineer in charge. the salient features and technical specification of the machine shall be as under :- i) ctm-3000 kn machine loading frame - four column high stiffness welded from with enough stabiility . - heavy duty mechanical platens with spherical seated block (vicker hardness > 550), bottom bearing, blocks, auxiliary plates (vh > 550) shall have flatness tolerance within 0.03 mm and squareness and parallelism tolerance within 0.06 mm wide.- base shall have fine finished servo controlled hydraulic cylinder with hardened and finest abraded piston. - frame with safety guard door and transparent fragment guard (both front & rear) (ii) hydraulic pumping system, it should be compact in design and suitable for the supply of required flow and pressure for the movement of the actuactor. it shall have oil tank of adequate capcity vane type pump powered by three phase motor. anti vibration mounting shall provided as standard along with the hps.iii) micro-processed (plc & hmi) based touch panel display & control system user friendly interface control system with application software shall provide the digital servo control, precise operation, ramp generation for the machine, data acquisition, storage, processing, analyzing and reporting etc for the continuous operation of the system.iv) technical specification of ctm (3000 kn) capacity -3000 kn, platen size 320 mm dia, ram dia 260 mm, ram travel 50 mm, vertical daylight clearance 350 mm, horizontal daylight clearance 370 mm, least count - 0.1 kn, pace rate controlling -1%, rate of loading 1.3 mm/min (when running idle), 0.14 to 032 mpa/sec (with specimen), motor capacity 3 hp (min), power supply (240v, 50-60hg, three phase.), capacity of oil tank 20 litre, max. operating pressure 210- 600 bars, flow of pump 2 & 4 lpm (duel speed) , auto stop & release of pressure when specimen failure, multi operation compression test up to 3000kn, up to 500 kn range and flexure test, accessories spacers- 4nos, controller unit auto pid operation with closed loop update rate of 10 khz to control pace rate automatically as programmed. start, stop & hold test system, load control 01kn/sec to 50 kn/sec., displacement control 0.01 mm/sec to 1mm/sec. load indication & control coloured touch screen display of suitable size, test report facility to print test report, export data to ms excel. auto internal calibration without proving ring, short circling protection overload safety cut off, piston over travel safety cut off- shall be made in addition to 3 kva 3 ph servo control stabilizer, technical specification of ctm (500 kn) load frame- capacity 500 kn, platen size 256 mm,
