Tender For auction sale of others - condemned balance brick work and wooden parts of 1] turning and fitting section shed [sl 26], 2] press hammer section shed [sl 25], 3] wagon shop, casnub bogie , sp shop [sl 28] and 4] point and crossing shop [sl 29] of burn standard co limited, howrah. this lot will be sold excluding all types of ferrous and non- ferrous materials , reinforcement released from rcc , chimney, different machines and machine parts of mechanical and electrical department, transformer & other equipment, outside boundary wall, psc sleeper, other p.way items, ms & plastic drums, wooden pattern , etc, total qty- 01 by lot. as per visual estimation , the lot consisting of approximately 2283.64 cum brick works and 9893.12 kg wooden work [this quantity is indicative only, lot will be delivered in by lot basis]. condition-1] the sold lot will be handed over to the purchaser in presence of concerned custodian , isa-sv, rpf, cdms and other personnel as the case may be , 2] dismantling work of sold structure is to be done by the purchaser on his own arrangement by providing tools, safety gears, machinery and labour required for the purpose. 3] purchaser should ensure to keep a safety banner around the work spot. 4] any loss / damage that may arise during dismantling work due to accident etc, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railways under any circumstances, 5] dismantling of the sold lot is allowed only up to the ground level of the condemned structures. 6] dismantling of the condemned structures [sold lot] will take place in presence of engg. officials. 7] purchaser shall ensure that dismantling work does not affect or endanger safety of life and railway property in near vicinity.8] no explosives can be used for demolishing, 9] custodian / engg. official has to ensure that debris arisen out of dismantling to be cleared by purchaser in proportion of delivery of released materials and he will invariably certify in sale completion report that all debris/waste etc. generated has been cleared by purchaser and the land is made clean, clear and level for further use, 10] materials will be sold on "as is where is" basis.

[or] at the time of delivery any mean time transportation route will be arranged by custodian. 3] at the time of delivery if any other than the coach items such as 02 nos ac units 110v capacity, refrigerator 01 no., sofa set 01 no, single cot beds 02 nos and if any have to be returned to railways. 4] coaches are in uneven position in the dry pond. during cutting purchaser has to ensure the safety of his workers no to cause any untoward incidents. 5] purchaser has to take care not to cause any damage to railway property.6] the purchaser is instructed to remove all debris arising from cutting of the lot purchased, from the cutting/loading spot and keep the delivery spot neat and clean before the final lorry delivery, failing which, the final lorry will be stopped. 7] the purchaser is strictly instructed to stack all the rc items at one location well away from the cut-up parts of the coaches and the custodian is advised to lift the same on the day of delivery affected.
