Tender For corrigendum : provn and upgradation of smart prepaid meters in various mil stn under chief engineer shillong zone - schedule "a" part i (smart energy meter work), taking down existing energy meters carefully from existing meter box after disconnecting the power supply by deploying of skilled manpower, carefully opening connection from terminals and depositing in e/m stores for safe custody. also ensure proper database w.r.t. locations of meters alongwith its final readings before effecting disconnection of the meters & being removed from wall and providing the same to mes for final settlement for all the meters complete all as directed., taking down existing ammeter, voltmeter, multifuction meter including ct/pt if any from existing electrical lt panel after disconnecting the power supply carefully from existing lt panel by deploying of skilled manpower complete all as directed by the engr in charge., supply , installation, testing and comissioning of smart energy prepaid meter confirming to is-16444: 2015 (reaffirmed 2020) and as ammended time to time, ac whole current,single phase, 2 wires smart energy meter of rating 240 volt, 5/10-60 amps,50 hz , class 1, enclosed in polycarbonate box complete as specified in cea notification. the meter shall communicate with head end system (hes) on any of the communication technologies mentioned in is-16444 part-i . the selection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design consideration of ami implementing agency to meet the performance. the smart meters should be based on rf mesh communication technology or cellular communication technology. the meter shall be provided with transparent polycarbonate abs thermoplastic box with sealing arrangements of suitable size as per the requirement of oem of electric meter complete all as specified and directed.note: bidder shall procure meter from three different manufacturer having minimum quantity of any one make shall not be less than 30% of total meter., supply , installation, testing and comissioning of smart energy prepaid meter confirming to is-16444: 2015 (reaffirmed 2020) and as ammended time to time, ac whole current, three phase, 4 wires smart energy meter of rating 415 volt, 10-100 amps,50 hz , class 1, enclosed in polycarbonate box complete as specified in cea notification. the meter shall communicate with head end system (hes) on any of the communication technologies mentioned in is-16444 part-i. the slection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design consideration of ami implementing agency to meet the performance. the smart meters should be based on rf mesh communication technology or cellular communication technology. the meter shall be provided with transparent polycarbonate abs thermoplastic box with sealing arrangements of suitable size as per the requirement of oem of electric meter complete all as specified and directed.note: bidder shall procure meter from three different manufacturer having minimum quantity of any one make shall not be less than 30% of total meter., supply , installation, testing and comission of smart energy meter (is-16444), ac whole current,three phase, 4 wires, ct operated smart energy meter of class 0.5 s ,415 v, 50 hz, 1b 5a complete all as specified. the meter shall communicate with head end system (hes) on any of the communication technologies mentioned in is-16444 part-i in a secure manner . the selection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design consideration of ami implementing agency to meet the performance. the smart meter should be based on rf mesh communication technology or cellular communication technology.the meter shall be provided with transparent polycarbonate abs thermoplastic box with sealing arrangements of suitable size as per the requirement of oem of electric meter. including the supply of current transformer, rated burden 15 va, accuracy class 0.5 s, frequenc
