Tender For dryer house work for the season 2025-26--counting and issuing 50 kg sacks as per requirement from psmda store and marking jute sacks with ink and stencil provided by the mill and keeping them ready for sugar filling and filling sugar with grader in all three shifts every day, weighing in net weight, getting them stitched with thread and keeping sacks grade wise in separate dairy houses and tying rejected sacks in bundles of 25 each and depositing them in the store. putting polythene liner bags in 50 kg jute sacks and keeping them ready for packing. melting sacks of biss sugar brought from the warehouse in magma/melter as per instructions and washing and drying the empty sacks and depositing them in the store. bringing sacks of brown sugar from the warehouse to the designated place and melting them with own resources. thereafter, wash and dry the empty sacks and tie them in bundles of 25 each and store them in the store. melt the scrap sugar kept in the crystallizer of the session 2024-25 as per the instructions. melt the wet sugar and road sugar coming out of the crystallizer, hopper and grader at the specified place. take out the sacks of dry seed and take them to the seed elevator and melt them. in case of emergency, if the dairy house is not empty, stack up to the height of 6 sacks in the dairy house. at the end of the session, fill the brown sugar coming out of the centi-male sugar mill in sacks, weigh them in pure weight and keep them at the specified place after stitching and take out the sacks from the warehouse in the form of stacks of 6 sacks or in the specified warehouse. at the end of 2025-26, sugar/jaggery will be scraped from various equipment of the boiling house, packed in sacks and kept at the designated place and the entire equipment of the boiling house will be washed and cleaned with water and the waste/debris removed will be dumped at the designated place.

Tender For custom bid for services - different type of services at finishing end-1) cutting of left over paper on core pipes: varible quantity of paper is left on each core pipe. paper should be cut without damaging the core pipe. after cutting, left paper should be tied using cotton rope. after cutting, core pipe to be transferred to designated location. after cutting, paper bundles to be tranferred to shredder machine area. supplier should ensure safety while performing the task. 2) cutting and stacking of cardboard sheets: variable sizes cardboard is available for cutting and stacking. information about size of cardboard will be conveyed and accordingly cardboard need to be stacked and cut using guillotine machine. after stacking cardboard need to be kept at designated location. scrap cardbaord and cardboard trims to be tied and kept at designated location. safe working practices should be followed. 3) jogging of cwbn paper reams: bad jogger reams is to be jogged using jogger machine available at pm5 finishing end. after jogging, ensure to remove all scrap paper from the area. after jogging, reams to be kept at designated location. ensure safety while performing the task. 4) shifting briquette bags: bags and boxes filled with briquette is to be shifted outside pm5 at designated location. while shifting ensure to not obstruct any path. task include lifting of fallen briquettes and paper pieces, changing bags if required. after shifting, bags to be covered to protect from rain, sun and outside environment. cover and hand pallet will be provided by spm. designated location can vary with time and requirement. ensure safety while performing the task. 5) shifting broke bales: without thread broke bales produced at bale press machine. bales may or may not by wired if not wired, tiening it is in the scope of work. after wiring the bales, they should be shifted to paper machine broke pulper section. ensure safety and cleaning while performing the task. 1 au work = (cutting of 50 core pipes) + (stacking of 500kg cardboard sheets) + (jogging of 13 cwbn paper reams) + (shifting of 05nos. of briquette bags) + (shifting 05 nos. of broke bales).
