Tender For maintenance and construction of civil works in ug mines at ucil nwp for one year - maintenance and construction of civil works in ug mines at ucil nwp for one year : : - excavation of hard rock where blasting is prohibited for any structure at any level stacking of same spoils within a lead of 100 mtr. including cost of labour as per direction of engineer-in-charge., construction of rcc drain as per per standard section including reinforcement, shuttering, deshuttering, concerete with mix of 1 ratio 1.5 ratio 3 1 cement 1.5 sand 3 stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size., spreading of 40mm/20mm/12mm down stone chips or waste rock aggregate on road surface for making new or road repairing in underground mines at any level within a lead of 100 mtr. as per direction of engineer in-charge. , construction of drain across the road as per standard drawing cross drain including reinforcement, strctural steel, shuttering deshuterring and concereting 4 nos m s angle 75 by 75 or equivalent weight and lugs to be welded for resting the drain cover as shown in drawing and necessary excavation in hard rock compacted muck with boulder as per direction of engineer in-charge., mixing, placing, vibrating and compacting of concerete mix rcc 1 ratio 1.5 ratio 3 at any structure any height any level of underground mines within lead of 100 mtr. excluding reinforcement., stratightening cutting bending placing and binding steel reinforcement of any dia at underground working site at different level in any location and lift as per direction of engineer in charge, fixing and removal of form work at underground at any level any lift as per direction of engineer in-charge., mixing, placing and compacting of pcc work of mix 1 ratio 3 ratio 6 at underground at any leveland any location as per direction of engineer in charge., cleaning of drain of all sizes and at any depth of underground mines at any level and location and stacking thevloose muck obtained from cleaning within a lead of 100 mtr including removing and fixing of drain cover at the time of cleaning as per instruction of engineer incharge. , cutting of existing underground road (sandstone aggregate topped road) upto a depth of 500mm by means of paving breaker /pickaxe (mannually) with given proper slope and leveling and disposal the same surplus excavatedmaterial at nearest loading point by mannually within a lead of 100 mtr. as per instruction of engineer in-charge. , brick masanory /stone boulder masanory in foundation and super structure at any level and any height with cement and sand morter of any mix and any thickness as per direction of engineer in-charge., 15mm thick cement plaster of any mix at underground working sites at all leads and lift completed as per direction as per direction of engineer in-charge., fixing of gs /cgi/m.s sheet fixed with j or l hooks and with necessary nuts and bolt at underground working site at all leads and lifts complete as per direction of engineer incharge., loading ,unloading and removing old m s drain cover and fixing new fabricated m.s drain cover after necessary cleaning including disposal of old drain cover to civil store yard at surface complete as per direction of engineer incharge., repair of side drain cross drain including dismantling of damaged rcc drain wall removal of reinforcement, structural steel etc.and disposal of rubbish to a lead of 100mtr.and stacking serviceable material to civil store yard at surface and making good the drain with new rcc wall. reinforcement and shuttering etc as per direction of engineer incharge. structural steel will be paid seperately, casting precast pcc blocks of 150mm thickness including shuttering, concereting, curing and shifting the same to underground working site andfixing in proper level gradient in road and jointing the the gap with cement mortar 1 ratio 2 1 cement 2 sand completed as per direction of engineer in charge., floor cleaning on oil spill ways area with applying sulphonic acid oxalic aicd soda
