Tender For auction sale of others - scrap cond. proposed abandoned overhead tank , consisting of rcc,steel total qty 01 nos structure. these quantity are only indicative 1)r.c.c. only 15.87 m3 approximate 2) steel 795.024 kg approximate note 1 any other material found nearby the lot & it will not be delivered. 2. delivery of lot by texture unit wise "as is where is basis". 3. it is strictly advised to bidder to see the lot personally before biding for the lot, any dispute about quantity will not be considered after bidding 12. cutting, dismantling may be allowed for easy loading purpose at the cost and risk of purchaser 4. dismantling permitted up-to ground level only. 5. purchaser should ensure that during cutting dismantling nearby structures building should not be affected. 6. purchaser will be fully responsible for any mishaps. 7. trains operations and other railway work should not be disturbed and suitable banners at work place has to be arranged by purchaser. 8. free delivery up to 50 days is permitted. 9. before delivery complete removal of rcc, cc, bricks masonry and rubbish from site will be permitted. 10. the land should be cleared of all debris. 11. approachable by pakka road is about 200.00m away from this rcc tank and to approach to the tank many railway tracks are to crossed. 12. delivery of lot by texture unit wise "as is where is basis 13. stock holder is responsible for correct identification of material. 14. if any other material except provided in description is found while delivery, which is strictly restricted & it cannot be delivered 15. g.j. pipes are returnable items will be submitted in depot (sse (works) office). 16. purchaser will be fully responsible for damaging any railway property like damaging of railway tracks, ohe lines etc. 17. railway tracks are there near this abandoned water tank and ohe electric line is also there over the track. so it would be complete responsibility of the purchaser to secure these railway tracks, ohe electric lines and other railways assets without damaging these assets. 18. purchaser has to inform to sse (works) office at least 3 days prior so that the other concerned departments sses having their materials and facility nearby may be informed (like trd, p-way etc.) and these sses or their representatives would be present during dismantling of the structure and may give instructions to secure their materials and facilities which has to be protected with all the majors as instructed by them has to be followed by the purchaser for dismantling work.
