Tender For supply and application of hot thermal insulation on pipe lines and equipment at hwp, tuticorin - supply and apply of inhibited lightly resin bonded machine laid machine stitched rockwool mattresses (lrb) having density 128 kg/m3 backed with one side ss hexagonal wire netting of size 3/4" x 22 swg for pipelines below inches. for . this material shall conform to is: 8183. ,0.5"nbxthick 25mm, 0.75"nbxthick 25mm, 1"nbxthick 25mm, 1.25"nbxthick 25mm, 1.5"nbxthick 25mm, 2"nbxthick 30mm, 2.5"nbxthick 30mm, 3"nbxthick 30mm, 4"nbxthick 30mm, 5"nbxthick 30mm, 6"nbxthick 40mm, 6"nbxthick 50mm, 8"nbxthick 40mm, 8"nbxthick 50mm, 10"nbxthick 40mm, 12"nbxthick 50mm, 14"nbxthick 50mm, 16"nbxthick 50mm, 18"nbxthick 50mm, supply and apply of inhibited lightly resin bonded machine laid machine stitched rockwool mattresses (lrb) & loose wool (loose fill)having density 128 kg/m3 backed with one side ss hexagonal wire netting of size 3/4" x 22 swg for the vessels / equipments mentioned below.this material shall conform to is: 8183. 31c1,50 mm thick, 14v6,40 mm thick, 14h1,60 mm thick, 14s3,40 mm thick, 14v2,40 mm thick, 12e2,40 mm thick, removal of hot insulation from pipe lines up to 6", removal of hot insulation from pipe lines above 6", removal of hot insuation from equipmet, erection and de-erection of scaffolding at various locations in the plant required for application of paint & insulation., mechanised surface cleaning using flap wheel machine , application of two coats of 30 micron thick each bituminous black/heat resistant aluminium paint for pipelines / equpments prior to application of hot/cold insulation.supply of heat resistance aluminium paint for temperature up to 600 deg *c as per is:3384, wherever insulating the pipe lines which are found to be no u clamps, shoes and saddle supports same shall be fabricated and proveded by smaw welding and shall be fixed with ismc sheets and new fasteners. the required ms plate and fasterners will be supplied by the deaprtment as free issue material. whereever gratings and structrues are foulig for insulation of pipe lienes asmae shall be rectified prioar to insualtion.
