[2] separation of water is not allowed. [3] only the used lube oil will be sold. [4] the purchaser will need to bring his drum/tank and loading/unloading equipment to take delivery. [5] lot is form based on available ground balance + projected arising (regular arising @38.8mt per month). [6] fdp will be 80 days. [7] the firm has to lift the total quantity in maximum 3 parts during fdp of 80 days i) within 30 days. ii)within next 30 days. iii)within remaining 20 days, subject to the maximum quantity of 100mt.
