[3]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is less than the estimated/sold quantity, no claim for shortage, refund or proportionate return of sale value shall be entertained.[4]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is more than the estimated/sold quantity, the excess material shall not be delivered to the purchaser and shall be retained/returned to the custodian.[5]. no dispute regarding variation in weight shall be entertained after e-auction sale. [6]. before bidding, bidders are advised to inspect and tally every details of the lot as appearing in catalogue which is published in ireps portal with the actual material in ground. no complaints/claim by the purchaser will be entertained in this regards after e-auction sale.[7] cutting is allowed for loading facilities only. [8] cutting time of sold wagons of jmpw/dhobighat would be 08.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on weekdays and 08.00 hrs. to 12.00 hrs. on saturday. purchaser, their labours or any other staff will not be allowed to remain at dhobighat area beyond the scheduled working hour. the purchaser may, however, be allowed to keep their watchman to guard their material. no cutting tools will be allowed inside dhobighat area on sunday and other holidays.
