(3) hdpe ducts -40/50 sqmm dia of both signalling and telecom system. note: (i) minimum quantity to be lifted per day= 9 mt. (ii) total nos. of days for lifting complete lot= 04. i) this item comes under the category of hazardous and other waste and its sale shall be made only to an authorised actual user or authorised waste collector or an authorised disposal facility who have been authorised by state pollution control board/cpcb/ministry of environment, forest and climate change under hazardous and other wastes (management & transboundary movement) rules, 2016. therefore, participating bidders must hold valid authorization/registration certificate from spcb/cpcb/moefcc. this authorization/ registration certificate must be valid both at the time of bidding as well as at the time of lifting of material.ii) firm shall also submit a certificate/undertaking in regard to the total hazardous waste purchased/collected and processed for the current financial year till the time of auction.iii) original authorisation/registration certificate as well as the passbook issued to purchaser by spcb/cpcb along with authorization shall be required to be produced at the time of taking delivery. handing over of the hazardous and other wastes to the purchaser shall be only after making of the entry into the passbook of the purchaser by the depot officer of dmrc custodian.iv) the entire arrangement for transportation of the lot shall be made by the purchaser and the responsibility of safe transport of hazardous and other wastes as per provisions of hazardous & other wastes (management & transboundary movement) rules-2016 shall lie entirely on purchaser.v) the purchaser (receiver) shall also ensure the necessary authorisation for transport from concerned spcbs and this aspect shall be clearly stated in transport manifest (movement document) issued by department of dmrc handing over hazardous and other waste scrap to the purchaser. before taking delivery the purchaser shall submit documents/details to depot officer of custodian to show that (a) in case of transportation of hazardous and other waste for final disposal to a facility existing in a state other than the state where the waste is generated, he has obtained no objection certificate from the spcbs of both the states (b) in case of transportation of hazardous and other waste for recycling or utilisation including co-processing, he has given intimation to both spcbs (c) in case of transit of hazardous and other waste for recycling, utilisation including co-processing or disposal through a state other than states of origin and destination, he has given prior intimation to concerned spcb of states of transit.vi) the purchaser shall also ensure that the transport manifest system (movement document) for hazardous and other waste prepared by the depot officer of dmrc custodian as per provisions of hazardous waste management rules is followed. he will also give an undertaking that the relevant copies of the transport manifest (movement document) (as per colour code prescribed in the hazardous waste management rules shall be duly signed by him as well as by the transporter arranged/nominated by him and proper disposal of each signed copy of the transporter shall be ensured by him as well as by the transporter arranged/nominated by him for lifting the lot. also the acknowledgment copy of the transport manifest (blue copy) shall be provided by him to dmrc within 07 days of lifting a lot.

Tender For supply and execution items for reliability improvement of signalling inst. section of sr. dste/1/lko of lucknow div. nr. - excavating and refilling of trench to the level of ground with rammed earth asper drg. no.(nr/s&t/con/1.1/97a) so as not to form a drain 0.3 mtrs wide & 1mtr deep on both side of the station along side the track. it shall confirm to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan in all type of soil, it also includes clearence of roots of trees and bushes., excavating and refilling of trench 0.3 mtrs wide & 0.8 mtr deep on pitced/stone/bricks paved surface, road/crossing/platform etc. and restoration of surafce to original condition., laying of signalling/telecom/power cables of different sizes as per attached guidelines (drg. no.(nr/s&t/con/1.1/97a) or latest on signalling cable laying and as per cable route plan approved by railways through trenches, rcc pipe, dwc pipe, gi pipe etc and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. contractor have to transport cable from any store of lko division to site carefully. meggering to be done for each drum separately. meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to railways, as per instructions by consignee., supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per drg. no. (nr/s&t/con./1.1/97a) or latest and as per instruction of the site engineer., boring and trenchless cabling along with supply and insertion of hdpe/dwc self lubricated pipes as per rdso spec no. rdso/spn/204/2011 ver 1.1 or latest of 120mm nominal dia in the bore at the depth of 1.4 meter to 2.1 meter from formation level (level of earth below ballast) as per drawing and as directed by engineer incharge by trenchless technology for laying of signalling /telecom/power cable under track /culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. inspection-consignee for supply of dwc/hdpe pipe. the following required coupling arrangement should also be supplied: 1. suitable snap fit couplers withrubber o ring, 2. spacers, 3. tees. 4. bend. 5. end cap(1 no. =6mtr ,straigh tpipe). (a) the cost shall include horizontal boring through any intermediate obstruction, either natural or man made or any boundary etc. (b) the rate is inclusive of all the materials equipment and labour required for during trenchless horizontal boring under the railway track. nothing extra shall be admissible on any account than the rate quoted above. (c) the pipeis to be laid underrailway track/road /culvert. all necessary arrangement are to be provideand all precautions are to be end is not deviated from the horizontal level line by more than 250mm in horizontal and vertical direction. (d) the rate shall be inclusive of direction and protection of underground utilities encountered during boring. (e) the payment for boring shall be made only when dwc/hdpe pipe are laid in the bore., concreting unschduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand ratio. it also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. the volume in cubic metres shall include the volume occupied by any ci foundation, trestle, ms angle or flat or gi pipe required to be embedded in the casting. cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor., earth work for excavation and refilling around location boxes and signals etc. where necessary including 50m lead and 1.5m lift. the lead is to be measured from centre of gravity of location to the centre of filling and lift from main ground level. the earth work should be well rammed including breaking of clods, levelling and dressing etc. as per instruction of engineer at site., brick work with well burnt bricks in foundations and plinths with cement and sand (ordinary) mixture of 1:4 ratio. all material is to be supplied by the contractor.
