Tender For bid to ras custom bid for services - job work for preparation of functional filler materials, surface modification and paint formulation , custom bid for services - job work for study, design evaluation and certification requirements of special coatings to be applied on skin of airborne platform-1. preparation of microwave absorbing metal flakes powder , weighing and loading of raw metal powder in attritor mill along with steel balls and its operation , high energy milling of powder along with process control agent and regular monitoring during operation , i. , ii. , iii. , iv. , v. , weighing and packaging of powder in air tight container , vi. , vii. , un loading of powder from attritor mill on to trays and drying in room temperature , separation of powder from steel balls through sieving , regular cleaning of the machine and equipments related to above job works preparation of 5 kg of metal flakes per month , 2. surface modification of metal flakes powder , i. reaction for coating of oxide material on iron metal flakes , ii. , iii. , filtration and washing of powder , drying and packing of powder , 3. formulation of radar absorbing paint , i. , ii. , iii. , iv. , cleaning of bead mill by using solvent , modification of resin system by blending of different resins , formulation of paint by using filler material as per requirement , testing of drying time, flexibility, degree of fineness for quality check , 4. preparation of test specimen , i. cleaning of test panels (aluminium, mild steel and composites) , ii. , iii. , iv. , v. , primer application, followed by surface preparation through emery paper and solvent , application of radar absorbing paint to achieve desired thickness , prepare test panels of different sizes (100 mm x 100 mm) as per requirement application of polyurethane top coat , 5. other terms and conditions: , i. , ii. , iii. , iv. , v. , payment will be made on monthly basis after completion of job based on user job completion certificate , duration of job work: two years , the service provider should have prior experience of executing technical job work contracts in any of government department of r & d in government of india. copy of relevant supply order to be enclosed with the bid. , irrelevant supply orders pertaining to civil works, construction, security, maintenance and arboriculture will not be considered. , the contract may be extended further based on satisfactory services of service provider on same terms and conditions, if required by buyer. , this job work will be carried out at defence laboratory, jodhpur. , many shay , , scope of work , job work to study, design evaluation and certification requirements of special coatings to be applied on skin of airborne platform , (1) following scope of job work will be carried out under the supervision of rcma nashik , on monthly basis at rcma nashik. , i. , ii. , literature survey about latest and advance materials and technologies in the field of radar signature suppression of airborne targets , evolving the approach and strategies for airworthiness certification of special coating. iii. scrutiny of the airworthiness certification plan (acp), system requirements, , integration, technical specification etc. , iv. verification of the characterisation mythologies of special materials. , v. , verification and validation of process control documents and various design documents. vi. verification and validation of cfd analysis of aircraft with different flight regions. , vii. verification and validation of erosion, wear and tear analysis of coated airborne target. viii. scrutiny of documentation requirements for system level coating application and , subsequently flight evaluation. , ix. , study of rcs reduction after application of coatings by using simulation and modelling through matlab software. , (2) other terms and conditions: , i. , ii. , iii. , iv. , v. , payment will be made on monthly basis after completion of job based on user job completion ce
