Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - lot no.divn/nmp/30/05/26-27/bg/cond./8w/wgn. description- iron and steel scrap cutup parts of bg cond.8w/wgn. without contents if any. 1) er 72029562906 bobrm1 (wm) 2) er 72029661692 bobrnm1 (wm) 3) nr 75039260183 bobsnm1 (nlb) 4) se 75079218106 bobsnm1 (nlb) 5) cr 75019260158 bobsnm1 (nlb) 6) se 10079617986 boxnm1 (nlb) nb: (1) : i) wagons are to be sold with 04 nos. wm trolleys against srl. no. 01 and 02. ii) wagons are to be sold without 08 nos. nlb trolleys against srl. no. 03 to 06. ii) wagons srl no 01 to 06 to be sold without 24 nos. wheel sets with ctrb, brake cylinder complete, brake gear complete, hand brake set complete with connecting link, bush, seam less pipe with fitting for air brake equipment, distributor valve, apm valve, sab, coupler body with shank wear plate, knuckle, knuckle pivot pin, coupler yoke, yoke pin, yoke pin support with wear plate, high capacity draft gear with draft gear follower, etc and other excluded fitting as per latest excluded fitting list * * excluded fitting list letter no. m2/c-19/e.ftg/ 1302 dt.25.10.2023, nb(2): special condition for rolling stock- a) all excluded fitting along with nlb trolleys are to be handed over by the purchaser to sse/w-yard/nws/kgp and wheel sets to sse-44/nws/kgp respectively at nominated location suggested by the concerned sse respectively for which they have to arrange labour,tools & equipment for loading of the excluded items from cutting site and then transport it to nominated location by their own arrangement/vehicle. they have to unload and stack the excluded materials by their own arrangement including labour and hand over the same to concern stock holder with clear acknowledgement. (b) the excluded fittings should be kept away from the cutting lines and adjacent areas so that future grounding of rolling stock is not hampered in any way. the delivery of cut pieces of last 10 percent of lot size (subject to minimum of 01 no. rolling stock) will commence only when all excluded fittings arisen out of sold lot has been successfully handed over to custodian. (c) delivery witnessing official will record following certificate on sale delivery register. "purchaser has cleared all nil value item arisen after cutting of sold rolling stock and there is no left over available at cutting site. (d) the rolling stock may either be on the cutting line or grounded and may or may not have trolleys/wheel set attached but the purchaser needs to shift to concerned location as advised by concerned sse. (e)the purchaser is required to take adequate safety measures so that no railway property in near vicinity of the cutting spot/ loading point and unloading point is dam aged in any way. the purchaser will be responsible for any damage/fire accident to the railway property caused during operation and delivery, and also he will be solely responsible of any loss applied (railway employee or any other person) caused due to any activities involved while dismantling /cutting, transportation loading and unloading of all excluded fittings of the wagons. including wheel sets and trolleys. nb: (3) the firm shall follow all rules regarding the loading of vehicle as per rto/statuary body governed time to time. railway will not be responsible any breach of rule during loading /transportation done by the purchaser. nb: (4) delivery will be given in numbers.
