(xiv) battery charging generator.(ii) spider coupling guard. (xv) industrial silencer.(iii) fly wheel. (xvi) lubricant oil cooler.(iv) fly wheel housing complete with starter gear ring and coupling. (xvii) flexible pipe for silencer. (v) fuel pipes. (xviii) battery volt meter.(vi) air cleaner. (xii) lubricant oil pump.(xiii) self/electric starter.(b) alternator : synchronous alternator 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles 1500 rpm, self excited, self regulated, brushless type, 0.8 pf, 415v, ac supply, 30 kva capacity, copper wound, complete including necessary tools, mounted on strong rigid steel fabricated base frame and directly coupled through flexible coupling with diesel engine, complete all as specified and directed., (c) amf/ control panel : amf panel factory made of suitable capacity as per original equipment manufacturer make and specification or as approved by oem for dg set of capacity 30 kva of suitable size, indoor cubical type, front and back openable fabricated out of mild steel sheet 1.6mm thick grounted in floor with adequate pcc foundation and minimum consisting of following :(i) contactor of suitable size for 30 kva dg set.(ii) copper bus bar of suitable current rating and sensitivity relay set unit with auxiliary cts.(iii) electronic latch circuit with tripping indication.(iv) re-set facilities.(v) 3 phase mvr relay unit with single phase protection complete with 2 no nc auxiliary contacts.(vi) 3 phase avr relay unit complete.(vii) self sequential starting relay unit 12 volts dc complete with alarm and power contactor.
