Tender For corrigendum : auction sale of others - cond. u/s cl.iii ohe ferrous scrap(in heaps on as is where is basis) consisting of 1)large bracket and standard bracket tube, 2)stay tube and register arm tube, small part steel-sps. qty -68.000 mts. ds8 n0.225507 dated 31.03.2026. custodian - sse-trd-jtj. location - at katpadi ,near trd/kpd depot (railway store premises of m/s.cimechel electric pvt. ltd.). note: 1.delivery to be made on actual weighment basis. 2)if required, cutting is permissible into loadable size or the length of lot material exceeds the length of lorry. 3] in case of excess on weighment of loaded lorry, purchaser [by engaging his own labourers/vehicle] has to cut/unload the excess quantity , handover the same to the custodian on a separate vehicle to the actual location or near to the weigh bridge as per the direction of custodian. 4)any type of road vehicle is permitted for loading of lot material. however, depending upon the lot location, on the date of delivery, the custodian shall decide on granting such permission, strictly observing all prescribed safety precautions. 5)any clarification in location/ ds8 no & date - udm ds8/manual ds8/inspection report may be reffered with custodian(lot quantity column in catalogue/do is authentic. 6) purchaser has to ensure that lorry, crane , labour are arranged well in advance before effecting inventory of the lot(wherever applicable). 5)custodian should arrange to issue hard copy(phostat) of do , ds8s, etc., to all witnessing officials at the do location before taking inventory. purchaser is not responsible for handing over of do/ds8 copies. 7)nfs - as per udm/manual ds8/lot inspection report. any other attachment, to be cut and hand over to custodian. any other nfs material in the lot other than items earmarked for sale, should be handed over to custodian at the time of delivery.
