Tender For dismantling of 150 cusec, kirloskar make bha-100 v.t. pump set no 5 installed in utraula pump canal, balrampur after removing h.t. motors then opening pump coupling, motor stool, driving coupling thrust bearing delivery pipe joints & lifting column pipe shafts tubes rubber bearing spiders sleeves etc. all component up to bell mouth by repairing of rubber bearing for intermediate shaft by casting and machining cell. press fitting neoprene rubber in bronze cell, cutting groove as per original shape and size for pump, bronze will be used in recasting, repairing of impeller of pump by opening & taking out all the twisted and rubbed vanes, straightening the twisted vanes and welding on rubbed portion by high quality s.s. welding electrodes & grinding etc. for giving it, it is original shape and size fitting vanes in impeller body using new lock washers balancing the impeller complete on precision machines its cartage from site to suitable work shop and back including cost of material, labour and t&p etc., and replacing of muff coupling of stainless steel material as per original sample for jointing intermediate shaft including cost of material & machining etc. and replacing of shaft sleeve pump side of standard make of stainless steel material as per original shape & size repairing of ratchet pin housing with cutting rubbed portion welding with c.i. welding rod with proper method, then machining from different angle on precision machine to bring it proper shape & size including cost of material, labour and t&p etc., fitting of ratchet pin in housing including cost of material, labour and t&p etc., providing and fitting of necessary spares in pump including cost of materials, i.e. key for propeller boss-01 no., key for shaft sleeve ps-01 no. key for muff coupling -06 no. lock nut for bearing nut-01 no. ratchet pin with spring-01 no. key for ratchet pin housing-01 no. o ring for bearing holder-01 no., o ring for bearing spider-02 no. with labour t&p required for proper completion of work and errection & commissioning by fitting g.m. bowl liner, lowering bell mouth, propeller ball, propeller shaft and vanes (impeller) shaft sleeve, bearing holder, rubber bearing enclosed tube, column pipe stool, thrust bearing and all component, jointing tee then fitting motor and coupling with pump, filling cooling oil given by department, complete water cooling system, then connect panel and testing of pump.
