Tender For corrigendum : providing of custom bid for services - custom bid for services - support services for new office of ntpc rel at anantapur; running of pantry of ntpc rel office at anantapur project, anantapur (a.p.). this includes supply of manpower for cooking, cleaning of utensils,housekeeping and dusting of office including cleaning of toilets, removal of cobwebs, including washing of cover/curtains etc- the selected agency will be responsible for providing the following manpower: a) housekeeping services:- i. daily cleaning tasks: i. dusting of workstations, furniture, and fixtures. ii. sweeping and mopping floors in all office areas. iii. cleaning glass surfaces and windows. iv. emptying and sanitizing waste bins. iv. cleaning and restocking restrooms (toilet paper, soap, air freshener). vi. disinfecting high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, lift buttons). ii. periodic cleaning tasks: deep cleaning of carpets, sofas, and upholstery (weekly/monthly). polishing of furniture and wooden surfaces (monthly). cleaning of ceiling fans, lights, and air vents (bi-weekly/monthly). iii. general duties: reporting maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks). maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. ensuring cleanliness of entrances, reception, and common areas. b) pantry services:- i. beverage preparation & serving: i. preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. ii. maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of pantry and utensils. iii. refilling water dispensers and ensuring a constant water supply. ii. pantry stock maintenance: i.monitoring inventory of pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cups, etc.). ii. requesting restocking as needed. iii. hygiene & safety: i. cleaning kitchen counters, appliances (microwave, fridge, kettle). ii.washing utensils promptly and storing them properly. iii.ensuring proper disposal of pantry waste.
