Tender For supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 24 vdc twin beam led headlight as per rdso specification no. rdso/2017/el/spec/0134 (rev.04). on various types of track machines. rdso specification no.rdso/2017/el/spec/0134(rev.04) detailed as below:- (1).operating voltage should be nominal 24vdc ,minimum voltage 22vdc and maximum working voltage 30 vdc (2).power consumption should not be more than 100 watts at nominal operating voltage (3).the led unit should have built-in reverse polarity protection.the reverse polarity test shall be conducted at a nominal voltage (24vdc) for 1 minute (4). bright mode ( at distance of 8 mtr)=7000 lux minimum and 9000 lux ( max) . dim mode(at a distance of 8mtr)900lux(min) and 1200lux (max) .(5)led headlight unit shall have ip-66 protection against water and dust. manufacturer should provide certificate for same from any nabl/govt approved lab.(6) dye penetration test for detection of surface defects/cracks on cracks shall be conducted as per is:3658-1981.(7) angle of the beam should be as per clause 12.6.5 of specification rdso/2017/el/spec/0134 (rev.04) (8). headlight be so designed that the failure on one led should not lead to failure of other led (9) led used should be of smd/cob type only.colour temperature of white coloour led shall be 3700k-5000k(white). colour rendering indexshould be greater than or equal to 80 (10) illumination intensity measurement shall not be less than 4.8 lux in bright mode at a distance of 305 metre (11) all kinds of tests as recommended in above mentioned specification to be carried out.accepted make/brand:rdso approved sources [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ][quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs ] ]
