Tender For supply of set of high wear-resistant, easily weldable and bendable wear plates made of hardox 400 or hardox 450 of ssab make / rockhard 400 or rockhard 450 of jindal steel ltd make / rockstar 400 or rockstar 450 of am and ns india make, having hardness 370 to 430 bhn (approx. 38 to 45 hrc), suitable for use as wear pieces in chip conveyor trough assemblies. one set consists of: (1) 6 mm x 50 mm x 2000 mm plate = 200 nos. (2) 12 mm x 100 mm x 2000 mm plate = 32 nos. (3) 16 mm x 100 mm x 2000 mm plate = 24 nos. 1) eligibility: only original manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers shall be permitted to participate in the tender process. authorization certificate from the oem shall be submittedalong with the offer. 2) material specification: the plates shall be made of high abrasion resistant steel, capable of withstanding continuous sliding and rolling wear caused by conveyor chain rollers and metal chipsin chip conveyor trough assemblies. 3) weldability and fabrication: the plates shall be suitable for conventional welding methods, including: (a) manual metal annual rate contract welding (mmaw) (b) submerged annual rate contract welding (saw) (c) compatible with standard thermal cutting processes. 4) quality certification: material shall be supplied with mill test certificate (mtc) as per en 10204 type 3.1, confirming: (a) heat number (b) chemical composition (c) hardness (d) mechanical properties. 5) brand marking: plates shall carry manufacturer identification / grade marking wherever applicable accepted makes: (1) hardox 400 / hardox 450 - ssab.
