Tender For corrigendum : custom bid for services miscellaneous contingency works in ash utilization-1a) the scope of work includes providing and covering the earth of about 300 mm to 500 mm thick over the final ash layer as per site condition and direction of eic. the agency has to arrange the earth. the earth to be covered at already filled ash sites as and when required. the agency has to arrange the good earth including all compliances like permission from relevant govt office, payment of royalty etc. loading, transportation and disposal of earth at site, leveling or dressing of disposed earth (as per site condition and direction of eic) at different sites as per instruction of eic. 1b) in dewatering work the agency has to deploy dewatering pump (diesel/electric) with all the t&ps with suction and discharge pipes as per requirement at site so that water can discharged at the identified nearby channel/nallah etc. without causing any disturbance to the locality. 1c) agency has to provide jcb/excavator complete with operator and helper as required as per requirement at inside or outside of the plant as per instructions of eic. 1d) slag transportation to be done by agency as and when required from rsp slag yard and to be filled/laid in dyke and for repairing of road. 1e) the cleaning/moping work to be done inside/outside of the plant as per the requirement and instructions of eic. it includes moping and cleaning of roads and clearing any ash for emergency purpose during visit of govt. officials. 1f) a skilled manpower is required to be provided for various work like reconciliation of bricks and preparing logbook of the same, keeping and monitoring gps data of gps deployed in trucks, daily updation of ash user data required for ash sale, monitoring of jcb work, compiling end user data, monitoring of dewatering at site etc. computer skill is a requirement for this boq. 1g) the road cleaning of outside road of nspcl s silos using mechanized road sweeper machine to be done as per instruction of eic. hence the agency has to deploy required machinery along with all the fulfilments like operator, helper (if required), fuel and required maintenance along with spares for smooth operation of machine as per schedule and instruction if eic. the dust, dirt, debris etc. from the cleaning activities to be disposed at designated area in the direction of eic. 2. area of work: the job is to be carried out inside/outside of the plant as per requirement and as per instructions of eic. 3. list of major equipment and system covered in this contract: the following equipments may require to be deployed to achieve desired progress. the list is indicative and may vary as per actual requirement. a) jcb / pay loaders b) hiwas/tippers/trucks c) levelling equipment s with all accessories in good working condition d) water pump e) dg set f) road sweeping machine 4. general scope of work: various miscellaneous works like earth cover, dewatering, deployment of jcb, transportation of slag, ash cleaning from.

Tender For providing of custom bid for services - custom bid for services - rake decantation work; obhs and related service for railways (new version 2.0)-scope of work includes decantation of full/partially rake filled with petrol (ms) and diesel (hsd) into existing petrol (ms) and diesel (hsd) tanks through existing pumping and piping facilities by connecting of flexible hose in between tank wagon & piping header. 1. contractor has to available at site with his all manpower (total 10 nos. manpower) at least 30 minutes before placing of filled rake at omc siding. 2. necessary liasioning need to be done by contractor for rake placement with railway. 3. once the rake is placed at omc railway siding contractor has to check all seals, cover and number of wagons before connection of flexible hose pipe. 4. after checking the wagons contractor has to do sampling & qc (temperature, density and visual check of product) of all wagons in presence of bpcl officer. 5. once qc is over dipping of each wagon to be done in presence of bpcl officer. 6. after dipping of the wagons flexible hose connection need to do in between ms/hsd wagons and ms/hsd existing piping header respectively in presence of bpcl officer. 7. after hose connection contractor needs to start decantation of tank wagons through pumping into existing ms/hsd tank. 8. after starting of decantation of tank wagons one person should be present in siding pump house for operating & monitoring of pumps and one in tank farm for checking the level & changing of tanks until tank wagons are fully decanted. 9. once decantation over all wagon s emptiness needs to be checked and master valves & man way cover to be closed if wagons are empty. 10. after decantation flexible hose connection need to be removed and kept at specific location. 11. all bottom nozzles of wagons need to be closed properly with blind plate after hose disconnection. 12. release memo issued by bpcl officer need to be submit by contractor supervisor to aonla railway station. 13. all tools, tackles & equipment for the above job is in scope of vendor. 14. vendor has to use non-sparking tool for above jobs and all non-sparking tools is in scope of vendor. 15. all the above work needs to be complete within 8 hrs. if rake decantation delayed (beyond 8 hrs.) due to contractor issue, then demerge charged by railway need to be paid by contractor himself. 16. line drain needs to be done in ag/ug tank after decantation..
