Tender For bid to ras repair and overhauling service - upgradation of gym interior of officers gym; interior design; yes; buyer premises: augmentation of interior designing for officers' gymanisum -ins vishw rma-1 false ceiling-providing and fixing suspended false ceiling of armstrong or equivalent (fine fissured micro look with silhouette grid) equivalent of size 600mm x 600mm at all levels fixed with channels & hanger rods & making cut outs for all led lights etc including all material, labour and transportation as per approved sample designs, drawings and specifications as directed by the officer in-charge. item includes dismantling of old ceiling and disposal of the malba. providing ducting after making necessary connections from the main duct . the work has to be executed in co-ordination with the air conditioning system agency and with the officers monitoring the ac system 2) wooden ceiling providing of faux beams in the ceiling as part of the design of the false ceiling. beam size shall be 8" x 8" as per texture and colour finalized . the installation has to be carried out maintaining the aesthetics of the area and as per design finalized including all material, labour, transportation as per approved sample designs, drawings and specifications as directed by the buyer 3) electrical wiring : providing & fixing of 25mm electrical conduits of make akg/polypack/setia or equivalent making chasing in walls & finishing it with plaster making it good for painting & pvc insulated copper wires of finolex/havells or equivalent as per approved samples, design, drawings, specifications & as directed by the buyer, item includes removal of the old wiring and disposal of the malba 4) light fixtures downlighters : providing & installation of led downlighters of 5000k of reputed brand jaguar/philips/legero/syska as per approved samples, design, drawings, specification and as directed by the buyer with testing and commissioning. item includes dismantling of old lights and buy back of old lights with fittings and disposal of all malba 5) track lights & spot lights spot lights : providing & installation of 9w cob lights of reputed brand jaguar/philips/legero/syska as per approved samples, design, drawings, specifications and as directed by the buyer 6) magnetic track lights : providing of suspended magnectic tracks of reputed brand philips/jaguar/ legero/syska or equivalent including 200w integrated power supply, trimless wall corner l jointer for magnetic track channel and hanging kit set. providing of 20w linear laser tiltable spotlight with a combination of cone pendant light as per approved samples, design, drawings, specifications and as directed by the buyer 7) switches/sockets & switch boards providing of switches sockets and all the switch boards of reputed brand i.e. schneider/norisys as per approved samples, design, specifications and as directed by the buyer 8) ceiling and wall painting cleaning and sanding of the surface of the ceiling and wall and application of 1st coat of oil base primer. upon drying of primer, application of 2 coats of birla wall putty. upon drying, sanding the surface to a smooth seamless finish and application of 2nd coat of oil base primer. upon dring of the primer application of 3 coats of emulsion of royale teflon finish as per approved samples, specifications and as directed by the buyer 9) wall panelling providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with pvc wall panel/sheets (5-9mm thickness) of approved texture, design and patterns having nrc (noise reduction co-efficient) of 0.50 (minimum), light reflectance of 85% (minimum). non combustible fire performance as per bs:476 , humidity resistance of 100% , thermal conductivity <0.043 w/m k comprising of frame made in the wall from specially fabricated galvanized mild sheet 0.50mmthk pressed section (galvanizing @120grams per sqm including both sides) i.e. vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 fixed to the fl
