Tender For palika kshetra me vibhinn sthano ke park/garden me khel upkaran supply karna va lagane ka karya - multi seater see saw: rotation molded seats of thickness 60 mm are used in these see saw. it has been provided with bolts to fix it too see saw frame which has a plates of 200x150x5 welded on to the frame. handle has been provded on the frame made up of 20 nb pipe and also conforming to en standards.frame: frame ofmulti seater see saw is designed usig 15 nb 20 nb & 25nb gi pipe and it hasbeen given radis by suitable bending technique. plates hasbeen welded at places were seat has to be installed so that seat can be fixed to the framewith suitable bolting arrangement. multi seater see saw clamp is used in frp see saw so as provide required motion for the see saw ., double swing: as per following specification-50b hot dip galvanized swing top pipe of length 2950mm conforming to is 1239 with gi thickness of 60 173-1961 welded at its one ends (tobe bolted over maps swing attachment deck pipe) special swing clams made up of two parts are joined together with m6 allen bolts with s-hook & a specially desighned swing pin. the s hook s specialy desighned to house a bearing for smooth and noiseless swinging. the clamps are made from injection molded nylon-6 plastic.-225mm x 103mm junction box made from 3mm thik ., s/f of wave slide 2.1 mtr. : as per following specification ladder frame 25 nb & 20nb frame gi pipe conforming to is1339 part 1 : 1979- hand grip conforming to en 1176-1:1998 (4.2.4.6) ladder step cold formed 16 guage gi plated sheet length 500mm & width 90mm en1176-1:1998(4.2.9.1) conforming to 16 swg gi plated platform of size -500 x450x60 mm , 80 nb hot dip galvanized center support pipe of lenght 2590mm conforming to is 1239 with gi thickness of 60m.frp wave slide thickness 5 mm, ss nut bolts conforming to astm e-1086:1994 - medium h- support, 25 nb gi pipe lenght 1490mm width 10mm tor rod of lenght 300 mm for support & strong foundation small h-support 25 nb gi pipe length 600 mm with 10 mm tor rod of lenght 300 mm for suport & strong foundation detail drawing enclosed., s/f of four seater mgr: as per specification rec.age 3-8 yrs, area 1.5 m dia safe play area 2.5 mtr. dia.the item is having its main frame made up of 25 & 40 mb gi pipes. the stand is made in 80 nb gi pipe. the whole structure is mounted on heavy duty bearing shaft. the bearing used is of heavy duty bearing permanentaly lubricated with water sealant. the seat frame is made in 20 nb gi pipes. the seat attached area made out of molded plastic type in rotational molding process in lldp the seats have handrails so that the child does not fall. it accommodates 4 children at a time.
