(a) all coaches are to be sold without 08 nos. wheel sets complete alongwith roller bearing with bio tanks and other excluded fittings as per latest excluded fitting list no.m2/c-19/excluded fittings/coach/1271 dt.13.09.2018. (b) the coaches are to be sold without 02 nos. serviceable bogies against special repairl no: 01-01 ( bogie end-2) and special repairl 02-01 ( bogie end-1) (c) the coaches are to be sold with 02 nos. unserviceable bogies without excluded fittings. against special repairl no: 01-01 and 02-01. nb[2]: special condition for rolling stock- a) all excluded fittings including wheel sets and bogie, if any, are to be handed over by the purchaser at the specified location for which the purchaser have to arrange labour/tools/ equipment for loading of the excluded fittings from cutting site and then transport it to specified location by their own arrangement/vehicle. they have to unload and stack the excluded fittings by their own arrangement including labours and hand over the same to: - (i) sse 27-28 bogies, coil spring, screw coupling, buffer sets etc. (ii) sse-19,wheel sets. (iii) sse-30, dv, aux reservoir, cr, common pipe bracket,alu. water tank, bmbc, etc. (iv) sse-29 bio tank. (v) sse-51 battery, fan, alternator, etc. (vi) sse-55 (all ac items) to hand over to concern stock holder with clear acknowledgement. the delivery of cut pieces of last 10 percent of lot size (subject to minimum of 01 no. rolling stock) will commence only when all excluded fittings arisen out of sold lot has been successfully handed over to custodian. b). delivery witnessing official will ensure that such nil value items has been cleared by purchaser before taking cut pieces of last 10 percent of lot size (subject to minimum of 01 no. rolling stock) delivery witnessing official will record following certificate on sale delivery register ¿purchaser clear all nil value items arisen after cutting of sold rolling stock and there is no left over available at cutting site (c) the rolling stock may either be on the cutting line or grounded and may or may not have trolley/wheel set attached but the purchaser needs to shift to concerned location as advised by concerned sse. nb:-[3] 08 nos. wheel sets complete along with roller bearing, 02 nos seviceable complete bogies, bio tanks and other excluded fittings are to be handed over by the purchaser at specified location as advised by concerned sse. nb:[4] delivery will be given in numbers. nb: [5] the purchaser is required to take adequate safety measures so that no railway property is near vicinity of the cutting spot is damaged in any way. the purchaser will be responsible for any damage/fire accident to the railway property caused during operation and delivery. and the purchaser will be solely responsible of any loss applied ( railway employee or any other person) caused due to any activities involved while dismantling /cutting, of the coaches, transportation loading and unloading of all excluded fittings of the coaches . including wheel sets and trolleys.
