Tender For corrigendum : procurement of natural gas smart prepaid commercial/ industrial meters (3 year arc) for cgd project at six geographical areas (gas) - natural gas smart prepaid commercial/industrial meters (capacity g4 for commercial/industrial consumers)natural gas smart prepaid commercial meters supply, services for smart metering & data managementthe work include supply and services for smart metering & data management systemand all related comprehensive maintenance services of all supplied smart prepaid commercial gas meter or any similar metering system as proposed, including batteries, manpower, tools and tackles, , integration with smart metering system, testing and commissioning of smart metering /automatic meter reading (amr) system suitable to provide metering data to client s server, training, as per technical specification and service level agreement defined in tender on annual rate contract (arc) basis for 5 years.the services are requiredfor all the smart gas meters as supplied under the tender., the 05 years services for will start from date of intimation from client for completion of gas in / conversion (any quantity against first release orders); however, for any subsequent released order within 3- year arc; all activities limited to 05 years from date of intimation of gas in / conversion of meter (i.e. maximum upto 08 year & 16 weeks for meter supply under 3 year arc).the rate of arc shall be valid for 05 years for services for smart prepaid commercial gas metering system with data management.the services as per above initially provided for 05 year under arc as per sole discretion of gail india limited .the above requirements are for gail india limited.tentative quantities are as:all services for , interfacing & configuration of all smart prepaid commercial gas meter installed at consumer locations with proposed smart automatic metering & metering data management system for providing data to client server through bidder s proposed cloud server., supply & inland transportation of smart prepaid commercial/industrial natural gas meters(with amr and internal valve) (3 year arc) (all the work as defined above and as per particular job specification and data sheets)note: for tentative location,refer mr, services for , interfacing & configuration all services for , interfacing & configuration of all smart prepaid commercial/industrial gas meter installed at consumer locations with proposed smart automatic metering & metering data management system for providing data to client server through bidder s proposed cloud server.this includes , testing and commissioning & training of new smart metering for smart meter at consumer locations. (services are required for all quantities meters. all the smart prepaid commercial/industrial meters must be compatible and suitable for proposed smart metering system.)the quoted rate for this item must be equal to or more than 16.00% of supply rate (item a.1) quoted by the bidder.[bidder to quote percentage rate for the in cell m16](note: bidder to enter percentage rate for services for , interfacing & configuration charges in numbers, without affixing the % symbol. for example, if bidder wants to quote 18.40% then enter 18.40, if bidder wants to quote 19.36% then enter 19.36 etc. total value will be automatically calculated based on the same), services related to collection of meter readings, managing & maintaining meters:all services related to smart automatic meter reading (amr) of natural gas prepaid meters, collection of consumption data from smart gas meters for domestic / commercial / industrial gas meters; generation, providing metering data, reports for each consumer in smart gas metering system. bidder has to quote rates for comprehensive annual maintenance service of all supplied smart gas prepaid commercial / industrial gas meters and amc services for all quantities for the period of 5 years. the rates shall be per month basis fo
