(iii) cleaning all swimming pool building inside, plant room, equipments including surrounding area of the buildings. (iv) check serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of 3.5hp / 3.26 kw capacity and all other connected items., comprehensive annual maintenance of fire fighting system in sekhon hall , new tech flight, sre and new atc of the following equipments complete all as specified and directed.(a) main fire pump with centrifugal motor of existing capacity- 04 nos (b) jockey fire pump with electric motor of existing capacity - 04 nos (c) makeup fire pump- 04 nos(d) dg fire pump with engine - 04 nos note: rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for the following :-(i) contractor shall provide trained technician and a helper, who will visit fire fighting installation in sekhon hall , new tech flight and new atc once in a week, to check and servicing of the equipments above to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of installation.(ii) grease and lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.(iii) cleaning all fire fighting installation buildings (sekhon hall , new tech flight and new atc) inside, plant room,equipments including surrounding area of the building. (iv) check serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of all existing capacity and all other connected items., s&f in repair pressure pump limit switch of capacity 1psi to 4 psi and 230 volt as per existing make and model fixed on pressure booster line complete all as specified and directed., supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair of detectors complying with and type certified to en-45 addressable type multi sensor detector with heat and smoke combination with base with self built intelligence as per is:11360 (for annexes) complete all as specified and directed., supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair of addressable manual call point / pill station resettable type with base complete all as specified and directed, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair of fire alarm sounder/siren electronic type horizontal single stage continuous type normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5 mtr with sound output variation +5 db 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed, supply and fixing in repair addressable monitor module for activating the sirens complete all as specified and directed, taking out old unserviceable hose box by cutting and welding and s&f hose box made of 18 gauge ms sheet 800mmx 600 mm x 250 mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge ms sheet for keeping 2 nos hose pipe of length 15 mtr each branch pipe nozzle coupling etc and painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and dire
