Tender For providing of annual maintenance contract of integrated security and surveillance system - the comprehensive maintenance contract will cover all cctv equipment, including cameras, dvrs, network switch and monitors, as well as all associated cables and connectors. the contract will also cover any software updates or upgrades that may be required to maintain the system's performance and security. the scope of work in the tender includes the comprehensive annual maintenance contract (camc) for cctv system installed at esic sro kollam. comprehensive amc means the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the service provider. this includes replacement of spare parts. apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency. the camc includes the cost of replacement, rectification, repair and servicing of all items inclusive of all taxes/duties/octroi etc.. the contractor shall not be entitled to assistance either in the procurement of raw materials required for the fulfilment of the contract or in the securing of transport facilities which they have to arrange on their own. the maintenance works covered under the scope of this tender shall be carried out by qualified and experienced personnel of the contractor holding the relevant competency certificates.
