(mech. & elect.) will have to report to their supervisor or ntpc representative daily. deployment of 02 hsw technician (01 mechanical & 01 electrical) per day to attend defects in any heavy mobile equipment. min. 05 years exp. with same field for hmv maintenance. line item 10.20: deptt <> deployment of automotive mechanic/electrician (adl) to carry out timely maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of all machines. for maintenance of all hme s (such as dozer/crane/pay loaders/hydra/backhoe loader/skid steer loader/ fork lifter/bot/excavator) during running or s/d. to check all machines on daily basis. to servicing all machines as per oem schedule. to replace faulty parts. to checking machine dashboard and replacing or repairing faulty meters. to checking and maintaining starter motor, battery and alternator on daily basis. to set tension of track chain assembly of dozer and excavator. to report to their supervisor or ntpc representative daily. deployment of 02 sw (01 hmv automotive mechanic & 01 hmv automotive electrician) per day to attend defects in any heavy mobile equipment. min. 05 years exp. with same field for hmv maintenance. line item 10.30: deptt <> deptt <> deployment of junior technician (adl) to carry out timely maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of all machines. for maintenance of all hme s (such as dozer/crane/pay loaders/hydra/backhoe loader/skid steer loader/ fork lifter/bot/excavator) during running or s/d. to grease the chassis/pin of all machines as per schedule. to check all types of oil, coolant in the machine on daily basis and topping up when short/less. to repair broken frames and bodies of machines by cutting, grinding and fabrication. to repair punctured tyres, and replace damaged tyres. to bring materials from ntpc store, keeping them organized in dozer shed store. to report to their supervisor or ntpc representative daily. deployment of 02 ssw junior technician per day to attend defects in any heavy mobile equipment. min. 05 years exp. with same field for hmv maintenance. line item 10.40: deptt <> deployment of helper(adl) deployment 02 usw helper to perform all supporting task (such as housekeeping, washing of equipment, picking up spare parts) as directed by the supervisor or eic. to report to their supervisor or ntpc representative daily. line item 10.50: opn of crane (>10 40 mt) (abcrn02gn702) 1. operation of mobile crane (such as rt-40, 11ton hydra) as per requirement during the general shift and extended hours anywhere as per requirement & as per instruction of engineer-in-charge. 2. checking and cleaning of mobile crane before starting of operation. 3. checking the water and diesel level in the vehicles on daily basis. 4. checking and guiding during diesel filling in the vehicles as per requirements. 5. visual inspection of the equipments, report to the site engineer or eic, defects if any. 6. operation of equipments as per site requirements in general shift. 7. parking the vehicles on proper location after completion of operation work. 8. any defects observed during operation to be reported immediately to eic. 9. check the machine daily as per the checklist and fill the checklist. 02 hsw operator with valid heavy mobile equipment driving license with minimum 03 years experience of h
