Tender For repair/maint of air cooled ac plants, chiller, condenser pump, hot water boiler, ahu, water colled ac plants, motor, hwg and ahu alongwith connected items at akash complex/tech area at dappar under age(i) dappar - material and labour for servicing / cleaning of air cooled ac plants of 50 tr capacity, chiller unit, cleaning and washing of cooling coil with fins using a chemical c-shine (alkaline coil cleaner and brightener) and testing the unit (once in a three months) complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- akash air cooled ac plants(once in a three months), material and labour for descaling of complete condenser units for central/ package type ac plants of condenser unit of water cooled ac plantac plant upt to 40 tr capacities by means of adding descaling chemical solution (hcl) or equivalent into the cooling tower sump as per requirements, and running the plant pump continuously till all the scale of pipes/shell are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the water tubes by means of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed and refixing of covers including replacement of neoprene rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc. to entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- old, 3ac igloo ac plant and new ac plant (once in a three months), material and labour for cleaning of cooling tower existing size, water basin and makeup tank with the help of chemical and nylon brush, removing and refixing of pvc finches after washing, cleaning of condenser pipe line ( inlet and outlet) including painting of out side of cooling tower with inlet and outlet pipe line with one coat synthetic enamel paint of colour approved by engineer in charge and inside painting of water tank of cooling tower using water proof black japan paint one coat including changing of unserviceable pvc guard, water distibutor, pvc pipe, and all connected minor items of up to 100 tr capacity of the ac plants at different locations complete all as specified and as directed. location :- old and new ac plant, material and labour for servicing of cooling coils and air filters of ahus intalled at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coilwith wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalant chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for any capacity of ahu complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. locaton :- new ac plant, old ac plant , 3 ac igloo ac and akash ac plants akash, material and labour for servicing / cleaning and testing of electrically operated pan type humidifier capacity 9 kw alongwith all necessary items fitting and all suitable / all necessary electrical wiring from electrical panle to humidifier complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- akash ac plants, material and labour for servicing / cleaning and testing of pressurization unit in cold water line ( psu-225 as per site) alongwith all necessary items fitting and all suitable / all necessary electrical wiring complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- akash ac plants, material and labour for servicing / cleaning and testing of pressurization unit in hot water line ( psu-225 as per site) alongwith all necessary items fitting and all suitable / all necessary electrical wiring complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- akash ac plants, material and labour for servicing , cleaning , and greasing , chiller , hwg pumps , ahu and ct motors alongwith all necessary minor items/ fitting i.e bearing , star coupling , screws , nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. location :- new ac plant , old ac plant and air coole
